Internal and external training, along with the experience of the staff, ensure that every commissioning, repair and overhaul are carried out properly. There are plenty of service engineers available to solve any faults in the product. They are on constant stand-by, ready to lend a helping hand anywhere in the world. An IHC Hydrohammer service engineer can be on site abroad within two days. Our sole international agents also have their own IHC Hydrohammer trained service engineers and a range of common spare parts available.

Internal/external training

IHC Hydrohammer B.V. can offer you the option of internal training in the areas of operation, maintenance, fault clearing and if necessary overhaul of IHC Hydrohammer equipment. This training can be tailored entirely to the needs of your company. The training the trainees receive will have a practical slant with a test pile and a simulation box. It will be to your projects advantage if the people operating and maintaining the piling equipment are also familiar with the relevant ins and outs. If you are unable to attend this training internally at IHC Hydrohammer B.V., then these courses can also be held at your own site.

Spare parts

IHC maintains a ready supply of spares, which allows it to supply from stock. Some international agencies also have substantial quantities of spares available.

Support for operational activities

If you require operational support for a project, then, depending on the size of the project, IHC Hydrohammer B.V. can either provide it itself or act as an intermediary.
